Veganees is the co-creation of two friends, Jan and Lennart. They were working in retail and horeca but wanted to start their own restaurant. It had to be something both unique and sustainable, hence they concluded to go for a vegan restaurant! From travelling and cooking themselves they developed a passion for the Asian cuisine, so this further shaped their concept. The name ‘Veganees’ is a reference to Chinese restaurants in the Netherlands. They opened August 2021. Read more
