Within no time several vegan and vegetarian places opened in The Hague last year. One of them is ‘De Vegetarische Snackbar‘, a place which sells vegetarian and vegan fastfood. This summer they expanded to Amsterdam!

On the Waterlooplein market De Vegetarische Snackbar started a little foodcart. They sell fries, vegan burgers, vegan shawarma and even vegan kapsalon!

You can find them on Tue – Sat, from 11:00 to 17:00.
They are located on the outside of the market at the ‘foodstrip’, right next to the cityhall building.

Note: due to a problem with their food cart they existed only for a very short time. Although it’s fixed now it doesn’t look like they are coming back to Amsterdam. For more info check their Facebook page.
