Yay! Supermarket chain Albert Heijn rearranged product and packaging of some of its candy. This liquorice is new and vegan! Soft with a sweet flavour, no gelatin no beeswax. Gotta love the empty cages on the packaging! 😉

Yes this candy manufacturer is trying hard to make their products free of gelatin and now this classic type of liquorice became vegan! Katja Dropharingen. No gelatin no beeswax. Generally available in supermarkets. Beware that most other types of candy bearing the ‘I ♥ Veggie’ logo still contain beeswax.
