Karma Kebab started in 2018 as a foodtruck at famous festival Lowlands. Their vegan kebab made out of celeriac and wheat proved to be a huge success, so many more festivals followed after that! Founders Pascal Labrie and Ivo van der Pauw then opened their first real restaurant in 2022 in Utrecht. Here they continue and celebrate the festival experience – with bumper cars and loud music.

In september 2024 they opened another location in Amsterdam close to Leidseplein, at the same address where vegan fastfood restaurant The Sunny Burger Co. used to be before. They consider Utrecht as their flagship spot, the Amsterdam restaurant as a small neighbourhood location. Their goal is to reinvent kebab for the 21st century – both sustainable and super delicious.
